Project Overview
I transformed EBIzCharge's social media strategy from a static broadcast channel into a dynamic growth engine by creating platform-specific, value-driven content. This included thought leadership on LinkedIn and engaging, brand building video content on TikTok and Instagram. By fostering community interaction and using data from Sprout Social to optimize our approach, I successfully grew our combined social following by over 50,000 new followers and increased our overall engagement rate by 75%, directly contributing to top-of-funnel growth.
My Contributions
I was personally responsible for the entire social media ecosystem at EBIzCharge, managing strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok. My specific contributions included creating and curating all platform-specific content, from writing professional articles on LinkedIn to scripting short-form, engaging videos for TikTok and Reels. I managed the content calendar, and actively engaged with our audience in the comments and DMs daily. This hands-on management of all five channels was the direct driver behind our growth of new followers and engagement.
